Pierre Maspero’s on Chartres St. Erected in 1788, one of the oldest buildings in the French Quarter.  A coffee house in the 19th century, it was a meeting place of the Lafitte brothers to plan their escapes.  Andrew Jackson also met the brothers there to plan the defense of the epic Battles of New Orleans. Even more noteworthy…..it’s known to have the best Bloody...
